Use of 14th Amendment to keep Trump off 2024 ballot still under debate in Illinois – Chicago Tribune*

In most states, the chief election authority is the secretary of state. But in Illinois, that power is vested in the State Board of Elections. “We’re in a lot of uncharted territory here,” said Matt Dietrich, spokesman for Illinois' election board. At issue is Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

What is going to happen WHEN Trump wins the presidency in 2024? He’s polling 20 points higher than Biden and with every kangaroo court indictment and democrat politically motivated roadblock he is picking up even more voters. Just how anarchic will the constitution hating left become? They are already bat$*** crazy out of their minds with Trump Derangement Syndrome. Their hatred of their fellow Americans is disgusting and appalling. How much worse will they get? How many more “firey but mostly peaceful riots?”

Who, the communist supreme court of Illinois?
They better not block a Taxpayers freedom to choose.

The 14th Amendment has zero application here. Yet another distortion of the Constitution by left wing-shit-stains who despise America and the Constitution– especially the First and Second Amendments

Well, we all know the Illinois electoral vote is locked up for the Democrat no matter what happens so it’s not as if keeping Trump off the ballot here would materially affect any electoral vote outcome. That said, if this did happen I would just write him in and I would hope that there would be a massive write-in campaign for him if only just as a protest.

No, fight for Trump to be printed on a ballot. We will not accept anything else.

Pritzker and his purchased Illinois legislature will try to keep Trump off of the ballot to further polish up his resume as a presidential candidate. “Prtizker For President” is the underlying force behind virutally everything that comes out of Springfield. JB spend billions of his daddys dollars on purchasing this state and he wants to get his money’s worth. Of course his ballot fraud attempt will fail, but that’s not the point. The national medial will praise him and progressive tyrants will adore him.
