Everybody needs a side hustle these days, and mine is Ukraine, where I am now.
How will this be enforced? Will the customer report that they didn’t request sporks? And, what is the penalty for providing said spork when not asked?
The Nazi sympathizers (aka 80% of Chicago residents) will report the offending establishments. They will probably join in to administer the penalty.
