If I were a cop I’d probably do everything strictly by the book, passive aggressively. That paperwork needs to be done after every encounter, it takes time. Cant speed to a call, might hurt someone. Cant chase someone, because the book says I can’t. Not pull over that black guy that ran a light, it would be racist. The only call I’d rush to would be officer down. Hell if I get no immunity and no respect and risk being prosecuted for a mistake. Then the city will get no ambition from me, by the book.

Hurriedly drive to lunch location. Take the two allowable “personals” during tour of duty. Premise checks at safe locations, several throughout the day. Multiple positive community action encounters that take 10-15 minutes each. Use every dodge, delay, and legit activity to do as little as possible. You cant get in trouble if you do nothing.

You know it’s bad when SJW Pfleger comes out in favor of the police.

12 hour shifts for 8 days straight…?

The Officers tanks will be empty after the 4th day (if not sooner)…

Once again it’s *quantity* over *quality*…

I expect the sick calls to sky rocket…

And when an overworked, fatigued cop makes a mistake, arrest, and convict them before the peaceful protests start.

Hmmmm….Why not! It’s been wildly effective in the past. Lori will not been made a chump again! This time she’s prepared for Toni releasing the mobs. Chicago is nothing but a proxy battlefield for our political elites.

Wow, powerful. If you live in IL, you fund the proxy war Democraps wage on our country.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
