Arne’s parents should have named him Arse. That being said, is fatherhood, work, responsibility and avoidance of single parent homes included in his violence prevention efforts?

Arne Duncan needs to move to the West Side, walk the streets after dark, then get back to us on his violence prevention techniques.

Really stunning. These folks think the Police officers are going to extend themselves to proactively do anything? If they do, and someone doesn’t agree with their methods…that officer is personally liable and will be prosecuted. Why the hell would any Police Officer extend themselves beyond answering calls in a reactive mode. The City, County and State leaders are not supporting them. This isn’t about money – it is about support to let them do the job. Police work can be pretty ugly, dealing with violence caused by criminals. Let me get this straight. The Governor, Mayor, Chief Judge and DA hamstring the police, and these two nimrods wonder why more arrests aren’t made and cases cleared? I hope they both need a police officer to assist them in the near future.
