A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
We are constantly told immigrants commit crimes at lower rates than the native born population. This is probably true as far as it goes. But how many of the native born criminals are themselves children of illegals? And what would we see if total immigrant crime was disaggregated by country of origin? Some large immigrant groups, notably Indians and Chinese, have very low rates of crime. Including them in total immigrants may mask a very real problem with some other groups.
Chuy Garcia, waste of space legislator and father of a gang member, should go meet the woman this guy assaulted and stole from and tell her to lighten up, most migrants don’t commit crimes.
