I am counting on Trump to have a master plan to counter the open borders crowd. The first term he did not.

Note the claims he made that sanctuary has roots in Black Liberation Theology. That’s the Marxist-like radicalism peddled by Jeremiah Wright. In truth blacks in Chicago want an end to sanctuary and illegal immigration, polls say. Same for Latinos.

This guy is really getting hilarious. Professional standup comedian quality. I’ll bet Trump and Homan are shaking in their boots about having to do battle with our Mayor. And the best line in the interview– when asked about Trump’s immigration plans, somehow it dawned on the mayor to comment that 20 % of the world’s fresh water is “right here in Chicago.” He really focuses on the topic with is laser sharp intellect.

Johnson has proven himself to be a moron with the same level of intelligence as the students he passed through school for simply showing up.

If the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago want to take on the federal government, go right ahead. I’m pretty sure the federal government has a few things they can do as well. The tail won’t be wagging the dog anytime soon. It’s one thing to act like a petulant child, which is what Brando and the Happy Warrior are doing. It’s another to intentionally hurt the constituents who voted you into office.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
