A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Turning a blind eye to mob actions does not solve the problem. When this activity stats, block all exits. With large city trucks. Arrest those caught and impound all cars. Legal residents can get their cars back free of charge. Bangers will have to pay hefty fines to get cars back.
Our culture has always glorified this kind of crud.
