It sure would be nice to have a political reporter from channels 2, 5, 7 or 9 ask a few questions of JB, Brando or Judge Tim about this unmitigated disaster. Hey Mary Ann Ahern and Paul Lisnek, why don’t you crawl out of the Democrats coat pockets and do some honest work? Pathetically beholden to the Pritzker machine and afraid to cross their master.

Unfortunately there are no reporters or Journalists in Illinois TV, they will read and say what there overlords tell them whether or not it’s the truth or a lie.

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
