As Lake Shore Drive winds it’s way from the Museum of Science and Industry south through Jackson Park, it is worth noting the great number of trees close to the road that are scarred at headlight level from being hit by cars. Jackson Park is a place where trees are endangered.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around what the Obama Center represents. First AA president? I can see that. Library? Seems rather giant for a library that wont even have his records. Monument to community organizing? Um the community is not organized and in complete chaos after 50 years of organizing, it would have to be a sick joke. So what is this thing all about?
