Pritzker ramps up security after FBI warns of capitol threats – Herald and Review (Decatur)

The internal FBI bulletin warned, as of Sunday, that the nationwide protests may start later this week and extend through Biden’s Jan. 20 inauguration. Pritzker would not discuss specific safety measures, "but suffice to say, the (Illinois State Police) is quite well aware of the challenges that may crop up."
