It is an easy problem to solve. Give them decent paying jobs, so they can afford to live in an apartment. Not an easy thing to do. Chicago chases away businesses and the CPS does not give graduates any job skills. So, it looks like the homeless problem is here to stay.

All we are saying is Give Peace a Chance. Didn’t work for John Lennon either.
