Its only fair since they stole their park and roads to build it and gentrification that will push housing prices up and existing residents out. There is not even a documents library, just a monument to exactly what, I don;t know.

Supposed to have daycare, some sort of education ( as to what take a guess ) classes and help/ outreach for the various types of underserved.
