This strikes me as deeply illegal. A public entity not recording proceedings or releasing proceedings to the citizenry? Unless it is for national defense or espionage I cant see how anything that this group does is legal.

Wirepoints– this is a great issue for you. The opinion of the City toady is flat out incorrect and is in direct violation of the Act. Look at Section 102, that specifically refers to “advisory bodies”. An organization does not have to be a governmental body as strictly defined. This was all started because the Columbus statues were taken down at the insistence of blm and Antifa, both legitimate domestic terrorist organizations.
