Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Totally racist article Shows how ethical and racial identity politics have been a part of Democrat politics a long, long time. There literally is no equivalent to this in the Republican party other than the handful of Cubans who vote Republican in south Florida. Otherwise, Republicans are a wide variety of demographics based on income, class, profession, relgiion (evangelics) and so on, all of which are voluntary associations. Whereas Democrat’s demographics are based almost entirely on ethnic background, sexual orientation, and the color of one’s skin. Totally racist
