White House names JB Pritzker among nearly 30 elected officials as alleged ICE agitators – WICS (Springfield)

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker were at the top of the list of nearly 30 elected officials who the Trump administration said incited violence against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents throughout the U.S. Pritzker claimed the country is becoming “Nazi Germany” because ICE is “grabbing people off the street and disappearing them.”

Hit governor Big Boy with a slander lawsuit and obstruction of justice when he fails to prove any affiliation with the Nazi Party by ICE because they aren’t and he can’t. Dems get really riled up when their personal wealth is affected.

This is not a good move by the administration, to list opposing parties as agitators. It’s a totalitarian type move with an eye to suppressing democracy.

It’s not a totalitarian move. It’s following the game theory of John Nash, for which he won a Nobel Prize in Economics.

The theory is that the optimal strategy in a game with multiple iterations is “tit for tat”. Mirror the move your opponent makes.

The left made their opening move with lawfare and censorship. The administration is making their counter move.

The ball is in the left’s court to make the next move. Escalate or stand down. It’s their choice. But you don’t get to cry when your opponent mirrors your move.

Yeah, let’s just stand pat and deny the existence of Antifa, call BLM an “ agency dedicated to increasing the awareness of the black community” ( whatever that means ) and blame white supremacists for everything. That worked out well during the Biden era, no? Sunshine is the best disinfectant.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
