I am ambivalent to the race of the applicants, but imminently concerned with their performance… If the PTB watered down the exam to create a better rainbow, we are even further screwed. But, if the rigor is the same, all are welcome.

The future of CPD is bleak. 30% females, most cannot perform like males, mostly black and Hispanic with reduced background disqualifications is going to be interesting.
