A neighbor told me they personally used a train on the northside several weeks ago, and 1/2 of an entire train car was being used by a homeless vagrant as his ‘home’. He had clothes hanging up, a sheet blocking his ‘area’, a bucket for excrement…. the guy made the train his home…
