Typical clueless, useless, off-base article by Bloomberg. Without even notlcing what a disaster one of their graphs showed (that Chicago-Land’s GDP has only gone from 552B to 568B….3% higher….in the last NINE years !! ), and they point out that income-inequality has increased as poor and middle-class have suffered…….they don’t even mention the property-tax disasters around Chicago, the profusion of illegals into the Chicago workworld, their effect on wage-dampening and stealing jobs from citizens….. …. then Bloomberg-writer concludes: ” Beyond relocating people, the city can invest more to improve the quality of life in its poor neighborhoods.
