District 214's new Co-Interim Superintendent Kenneth Arndt, earlier in his career struggled as leader of Algonquin-based Community Unit District 300 with the tax breaks Sears had received for its headquarters in Hoffman Estates. How ironic that a lobbyist is needed by citizen taxpayers to attempt to protect themselves from thier own corrupt government.
TIF is straight line transfer of public funds and property valuations from all the p-taxpaying shmucks outside TIF to insider property owners and politicians who gain their favor within TIF boundaries .
