No chance of changing now. Students graduating with Zero education. No businesses to work for, Illinois has done its best to discourage new businesses. Crime is the growth industry in the Chitty now and for many years to come. Crime pays in the Chitty.

These polls consistently expose the contradictory and incoherent positions of black and/or progressive voters. They mostly agree that crime is a problem, but at the same time, hate the police, vote for soft on crime prosecutors and refuse to cooperate with law enforcement. They are essentially saying:” “Crime is a problem but I want the police to go easy on my criminal friends and relatives”. And when everyone in the community thinks like this, the entire community delvoves into criminal mayhem.
