A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Meanwhile, Illinois will be using 100% of its ARP $bucks$ to payoff past debts, (directly or indirectly for gaurenteeted upperincome public sec pensions)—social equity/where’s mine Illinois style!!
JB would rather go without dinner than give Illinois taxpayers a break. And that’s really saying something.
