And so this dog & pony show drags on…… and on….. and on……

The pandemic will NEVER be over in Illinois until Governor Pritzker is voted OUT.

Gonna be the campaign issue of 2022.

Pritzker saying every time he’s interviewed, I’m busy saving lives his ego is as big as his girth, what bothers me the most is that people actually believe he is saving lives, that’s what he was put on this earth to do, wake up people. Oh yes this will be one of the hottest campaign issues in 2022 oh you better believe it 🔥🔥🔥

There is no shortage of mindless sheep in Illinois. Mostly clustered in and around Chicago. The rest of the state would secede if they could.

What really frustrates me are the midless zombie Dems who: 1) know that Illinois is mismanaged; 2) know that they are overtaxed; 3) know that they they are being cheated; 4) know the state is a fiscal disaster; 5) know that Madigan has been in real control (despite R govs) 6) know that it is 100% the Democrat party fault* – BUT STILL VOTE DEMOCRAT EVERY ELECTION because abortion or something. You can’t fix these voters. The state won’t turn red again in my lifetime. * (not listening to Pensions Paid First’ whataboutism blaming the R party while D’s and… Read more »

It’s because of the unions. Teacher unions do not want anything changed and if we had conservative leadership and a conservative legislature (neither of which we presently have), the IL Constitution would be opened up and altered. This would affect teachers, administrators (of which I was one yet I’m conservative), judges, police, etc. Unions have IL by a stranglehold and Biden just gave them a gift for their financial malfeasance over the last number of decades.

Sure they would, but its likely only a very small percentage of down-staters realize that its the collar counties rather than the downstaters who are net-losers as to where the state income tax money goes. So, its akin to “cutting off your nose to spite your face.” They don’t like Chicago-area politics but happily adjust to the net tax windall courtesy of the NE counties in IL.

The rest of the state wouldn’t have any money without Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The rest of the state doesn’t provide nearly enough in taxes. They are takers.

Lol. What a total idiot you are. Where would Chicago get its food and energy. Plenty of that downstate where the people live within their means.

Everyone should read Gus Russo’s excellent book about Chicago politicians, Chicago Mob, and Chicago elite families, including Pritzkers: “Supermob”. Book dates back about two decades, but still spot-on. Our governor has a platinum spoon wedged into his mouth, literally and figuratively, and so has little understanding, and no empathy, for “the little guy”. He’s also not particularly intelligent, but absolute beneficiary of Pritzker Family’s wealth, clout, and ability to afford access-cooperation for whatever/whomever/whenever. JB’s goal as governor here is to outshine his cousin Penny, who held cabinet position in Obama administration, and is considered to be more polished, accomplished, and… Read more »

“As toilet-gate confirmed, he’s not very bright, nor accountable for the optics of his often quite apparent callous behavior.”

A sight majority voters don’t seem to care about the optics of his behavior either. They elected him knowing full well of his stupid behavior.

Illinois government is the example of insanity in motion.
From the county that walked in lockstep with the Gov to each department that told the police to stand down and allow the rioters to damage and destroy small businesses owned by our residents.
Leave now while you can I beg of you.

Gauleiter prickster is guilty of war crimes since the covid coup last year and the reps in the state house are complicit except for one man – Rep Bailey who fought and won, if not for him we would be like Canada or Australia right now with curfews and brown shirts bashing your head in the streets if you don’t wear the fourth reich faceband…

Think of the young people who could not stand the isolation and the suicides. This is all on Pritzker’s shoulders (wide girth).

Don’t forget the same lawmakers who are ‘defending’ Chicago’s selective enrollment schools also ended school choice – Wirepoints on AM 560 Chicago’s Morning Answer

Ted joined Dan and Amy to talk about Chicago’s latest bond offering, why Chicago’s dismal home value growth is due to poor policies, the next $70 million to be spent on migrants, the 9% salary hikes demanded by the CTU, and why Illinois lawmakers voting to stop Chicago’s selective enrollment schools from being closed is hypocritical.
