We can’t blame the black caucus for taking the bull by the horns and pushing through their progressive wish list of racist reforms designed specifically to help certain peoples because of the color of their skin. This was a once in a generation opportunity to capitalize on Mr. Fentynal’s death and they did over the objections of every non-progressive in the state. What remains to be seen is if these reforms will create the desired outcomes of essentially increased BIPOC prosperity.
