4 things to know about the plan: We want more money, we will continue to do a pitiful job when it comes to educating your children, we will show up for work when we want to and we want more money. That about sums it up.

Based on your description, that plan sounds like an improvement. I would’ve guessed at least 3 of the 4 components would involve wanting more money.
