The actions taken in Bond, Clay, Clinton, Edgar, Richland and Sangamon counties seek court orders declaring there is no public health emergency as defined by Pritzker's Public Health Department. “It is unconscionable that as states around this country are grappling with a resurgence of COVID-19, there are those who continue to challenge science and data and fight against basic guidance from public health experts to prevent the spread of this deadly virus,” Spillane said.

Lol, I’m pretty sure science and data is the basis for the new lawsuits! When the data shows cases in the single digits and no deaths, there is not an emergency. Pritzker treated the entire state the same as Chicago.

I want to see this science and data that proclaim our local Walmart is safe to have an occupancy of 501 while any other gathering of over 50 people is unsafe or that local factories who employ thousands of so called essential workers who work daily are ok while small business is forced into bankruptcy. Show me this science.

None. It’s the Agenda of break independent businesses and the middle class as route to Commie-dom. Jabba is complicit.

6 superstars in my humble opinion. More people need to stand up and sue. We also need to start holding the media and these “public health officials” accountable for the destruction of our already deteriorating state.

On that note, how many media outlets picked up the report of Pudster’s executive orders being voided? Crickets? Bueller, Bueller…. Any one?

Exactly. Noticed the a.m. of July 3, when the void ruling happened July 2, not a peep on this significant case from lamestream. Rather the stories were on other states and even countries about “cases” Oh My!!!

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Audio here.
