Good job Tucker and good job Wirepoints. And the press and the public should all be making a much bigger deal about the Pritzker family leaving Illinois, going to a state that does have quarantine requirements, likely riding horses around outside, and probably flying in a private plane .

And let’s not forget Lori Lightfoot getting her hair done while thousands of barbers and beauticians are out of work and no one is allowed to get their hair cut.. Looks like it is a requirement now that to be a Democrat elected official you must be a full fledged phony.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
