Much of the routine trade and investment between China and America is entirely appropriate and in America’s interest. But inserting the Chinese Communist Party into America’s pay-to-play system and its economic development strategy isn’t just crossing a line. It’s a leap into an abyss of stupidity.
Mark should take this to the Supreme Court. Lawfare at its most despicable.
The lawsuit is posted here:

That endorsement was from IEA, not IFT.
Right. I confused IEA wit IFT. It was the IEA. Apologies.
while this is quite obviously a ludicrous and frivolous lawsuit, it is no worse than the dozens which trump & his administration have filed against their political opponents. once again, just more proof of the double standard of both sides of partisan politics in the US. if the time, energy and money for these attempted legal attacks were spent solving critical social issues instead of being wasted on personal vendettas, our country would be a much better place for the average person.
Amen, ahimsa.
But this subject has nothing to do with Trump. Indeed, had Harris been elected the CTU’s complaints over Illinois Policy Institute would have been the same. What I don’t understand is why CTU would take on the discovery risk in bringing this lawsuit. It makes no sense unless there is a short term publicity angle in play. Remember Gates asking with a straight face for 50 billion dollars? This isn’t an easy playground for the CTU.
You got it backwards as usual, Ratio King. Your DNC bubble must be stifling.
