Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. It is time to just shut these indoctrination camps in Illinois down–AT EVERY LEVEL!!
Reopening the schools (and other reopenings) will be the $mother-load$ of all payouts for the trial lawyers & itla (all buddy-buddy w jb/madigan & the mob) as teachers, staff, parents make claims they’ve been exposed to covid. All paid for by taxpayers. Jb should be passing legislation providing covid law suite protections for schools ( as well as all public & private entities), instead every school dist on there own…will fed covid bailout $bucks$ be approved to payoff lawsuites & lawyers?

Lawsuits, that’s the reason for guidance only this governor knows he stepped out of bounds with his stay at home phase 5 program. Worthless useless man
