Police Violence Protesters Arrested For Minor Crimes Won’t Be Prosecuted, Foxx Says – Block Club Chicago

The policy will apply to thousands of people arrested for things like violating the curfew or disorderly conduct in Chicago, though it excludes people who "intentionally cause[d] harm or damage." “Over the past month we have seen righteous anger, collective grief, action, and demands for justice,” said Kim Foxx, Cook County state’s attorney, in the press release. “I’m encouraged by the efforts of those who are standing against years of racial injustice to resoundingly state that ‘Black Lives Matter.’

Cook County is a black free prosecution zone because of Foxx’s Restorative Justice beliefs. No jail for Mr Darkie, only whitey is committing crimes and must suffer the consequences.

Who else benefits from not prosecuting protestors arrested for minor crimes?

First, any in the web of Democrats funding the criminal defense of paid protestors.

Paid protestors are a Democrat tactic as unveiled in the Project Veritas 2016 videos featuring Scott Fogel and Bob Creamer, the latter being an Illinois resident and husband of current US Representative Jan Schakowsky.

One of the 2016 videos revealed that Democrats take care of those arrested.

Second, will this precedent be upheld in the future?

If the Democrat Cook County State’s Attorney supports your cause, you receive Protestor Privilege?

Foxx’s party has been in charge there for decades. If there have been “years of racial injustice” in Chicago then the DNC is responsible for it.
