We need a Harry Callahan on our streets. This is nuts, complete lawlessness. In 1986 Margaret Thatcher was behind an alleged shoot to kill policy in Northern Ireland. A SAS unit wiped out an eight-man IRA bomb team in Loughgall. The first of many. We need something.
