Mark – or anyone… Aren’t JB’s orders null and void? If so, how can Lightfoot enforce any of this? I know it’s “voluntary” but, there has to be more to this. The lawsuits appear to be piling up from Mr. Tom DeVore (and thank GOD).
Damn good question and the answer has gotten very obscure. I think it’s clear that a court would not uphold this interstate travel ban. As to the rest of her orders, I think they fail if Pritzker’s order fails legally, but so far the lower courts have split on that. I don’t understand why it hasn’t gone up on appeal.
Groot’s insane proclamations are a meaningless stunt.
Let’s wait and see how often Pritzker and family go over the boarder.

Governor Pritzker, his family, friends of the family, and contractors would self quarantine for 14 days in Chicago if any of them traveled from his Wisconsin properties (such as the Pritzker Lake Geneva mansion and Wisconsin horse farm) or anywhere in Wisconsin, to Chicago? What about out of state travelers arriving in Chicago? The Choose Chicago website has no mention of the emergency travel order.
