Chicago is in crisis because Lori and the democratic machine have empowered the domestic terrorist Marxist blm organization to riot, loot, steal and burn. We have had increasing issues since then including a rise in street crimes primarily targeting white people. Lori caused this and now has destroyed Chicago.
