The opposition ads to the “Fair Tax” should list all the tax’s already raised since JB took (bought) office. Every tax should be listed like license plates-gas tax/etc. Many in the inner city or the city in general use either public transportation/Uber/Lyft and the 19 cent or $151.00 plates do not directly affect them. Find the average “Joe the Plumber” and see how much all these tax’s cost him plus include property tax’s and how little the Fair Tax would save him. Put a face/and or company to all the new tax’s. There are plenty of middle class taxpayers against the Fair Tax. All he’s doing is giving them a voice.

Mr. Griffin .. you’ve built a solid and profitable company. Chicago wants you, and you should want Chicago. However, I wholly understand leaving such that you will be a target, to be set on by the unions and establishment as a perpetual funding source for their own largess. Please take your business to greener pastures, and consider returning once the current band of free-loaders and schemers die off.
… or just leave and don’t look back. Chicago doesn’t deserve any better.
