As Chicago Scrambled in Early Days of Coronavirus, Political Ties Helped Win No-Bid Contracts – Better Government Association

Total corruption by a Lori progressive political person, Joanna Klonsky, who has unfettered press access to city hall on the dictates of Lori. She used her access to get this contract for a friend. Why is this allowed by Ferguson, Steve Berlin, and Flessner, the corporation counsel? Typical Lori hypocrisy. Where is the ethics person Celia Meza?
