Best way to prove it’s to keep the kids safe is for aldermen to stipulate all the money from red light tickets go to a charity like Ronald McDonald House or Make A Wish Foundation. The kids would still be safe, speeders would make a dying child’s wish a reality, and it would remove the appearance of their being a conflict of interest.

These are speed camera tickets. No officers will be pulling people over for these tickets. Just a means to print money.
