Is this comment a joke Senator Lightford? Your state is the laughingstock of the entire country and gets international criticism for just about every aspect of your fiscal management. You have the silliest Covid restrictions in the entire country. Four or five of Chicago’s major industries are on the verge of extinction. Your expressways have turned in to shooting galleries. Crime is out of control and national websites report almost daily on the shootings and fatalities in the City. Your public schools are closed and the at home learning program is a disaster..
