IDES responds to GOP criticisms – Capitol News IL

“The idea that IDES has disproportionate trouble processing new claims or paying out claims is misleading,” Acting Director Kristin Richards said. “A claimant who provides all the necessary data and submits their claim will be processed in a timely and efficient manner and will receive benefits if they are deemed eligible and continue to certify.”

So everyone applying for benefits and tell of all the problems that exist including politicians are they all liars try again IDES nobody believes you. No call backs hang ups please spare me the tears.
