Cook County returns to ‘Phase 4’ but tightens some restrictions, west and north suburban counties next – WGNTV (Chicago)

According to the Cook County Department of Public Health, some restrictions on indoor dining will remain in place including a 25% capacity limit and ban on indoor service for bars which do not serve food. Groups and indoor events are also limited to 25 people or 25% of capacity, while capacity limits of 40% will be in place for many other businesses as well (compared to 50% under “Phase 4”).
