Everybody needs a side hustle these days, and mine is Ukraine, where I am now.

If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Gotta keep those high-paid social workers busy.
Do they get a stipend on those days? Ya know, pay them not to riot!
They caused the mental health problems for the children. That is what Government is known for. Create the problem and than act like our savior to come in and “fix” the problem they created.
Politicians need 365 days of mental health days-366 on leap years.
