A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

This mayor is an angry little 12 year old whose brain hasn’t developed yet to think logically. She only knows how to point a finger in anger, never giving any thought to anything but deflecting the responsibility to someone else. I think the term for her that kids use today is Mean Girl.
