Voting in the United States is generally more corrupt than the most corrupt countries in other parts if the world. Election monitors needed here more than anywhere else.

A constitutional amendment on a ballot should be a general election. This is the way unions bosses have manipulated our legislature. Illinois is corrupt, broke, excessively taxed, deeply in debt, bad credit rating and the political entity absolutely stupid
