If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
More ‘help’ from the nanny state to foster more and more dependence on government.
In other words, ‘People, we know you can’t make it without our help, so here’s a $1.56 to tide you over today.’
Have we no pride that we’ll sacrifice our self-esteem for a measly $1.56 a day?

Don’t worry, Equality Illinois got the Fair Tax all wrong too.
