“Madigan asked the 30 or so precinct captains who attended the early morning meeting to identify who will be voting early, by absentee or on Election Day, June 28.”

Sounds like a clusterF to me. Dem ship is sinking big time when the 80 year old in charge is under indictment and asks precinct captains to do something so ridiculous. Democrat primaries that are almost all uncontested. Who cares who votes when only one person is on the ballot.
