By what authority does the mayor get to amend an ordinance passed by the legislative body?

If the community is upset with Lori, why not demonstrate at her home? This worked for expressing disappointment with the Supreme Court!

This will just move the problem somewhere else for now. And just wait until we get typical summer heat and the hooligans need a place to blow of a little steam. Lori has a woefully undermanned and untrained police force after declaring war on the police department. It won’t be pretty.

Shut down the park, lower the curfew time and BD Lori thinks she has done something. The violent yutes will just go elsewhere and start their riots earlier. Chiraq, your mayor is clueless.
