If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Maybe these 12 yr olds kids should work as PARKING VALETS. Just give them a nice uniform and people will gladly hand over the keys to their Porsche/Mercedes and get a tip to boot.
So rename the offense as professional parking valets and not carjackers and now it’s legit.
12yrs old equals no consequences. 12yrs old means they have several good years ahead where all crimes they commit will have no consequences. 12yrs old and a felon means gang cred and a bright future as a violent felon.

Odds are there isn’t much parenting going on with these two kids. On a positive note they passed the first part of their gang initiation. Next up, murder and mayhem.
