How to revive Water Tower place. Add 3 wig shops, 2 nail salons, weave shop, fish store, chicken shack #85, and a storefront MBC church with a preacher on a loudspeaker. Business will boom!

You forgot several sunglass hut kiosks, a few popcorn stands and a soft pretzel vendor. These are usually the last things standing when a mall dies.
