“It’s sickening”: IL residents struggle to budget amid high gas prices – WSILTV (Harrisburg)

Chad Oxendive, who works in a tree removal business, spends about $280 filling up his truck along with containers with gas to use for equipment. "You're a working guy. You're trying to get work done and you're trying to pay your help and they're trying to get to work too. It's a kick in the pants everywhere."

Imagine Illinois voters finally getting off their duffs to vote against the political machine on things like this?

““It’s sickening”: IL residents struggle to budget amid high gas prices” “Remain calm, all is well.” – that’s what we hear from Governor Tax Cheat, time and again. Our state budget is better. Really. That’ll fix it” Public education is really taking care of future generations. “I’m proud to say that Illinois has more school districts than almost any other two states combined, and that we’re going to have who-goes-to-which-potty-rules for every one of them.… Read more »

This disaster is the result of progressives and an incapacitated President. If you want to change the trajectory of this country’s jet sled to hell, vote against the likes of Casten and Underwood. Both are awful, and committed to high gasoline costs.

Casten and Underwood are in the AOC league of idiots. Casten outs himself as one every time he opens his mouth. Underwood is simply clueless.

You make a terrible mistake when you ascribe incompetence to that which is clearly intent.

These are not policy makers making mistakes. These are political ideologues making political decisions.

“The Biden administration is considering a proposal to tax oil and gas windfall profits to provide a gas subsidy for American consumers struggling with high energy prices”. Add to that our state legislature postponing the $.02/gal increase … we’re in high cotton!

Don’t blame Xiden. It’s Pooohtin’s fault!

So interesting that one man, one country’s misadventures could wreak such havoc on the U.S. economy.

Oh well. What can be done besides wage a proxy war against Pooohtin and send tens of billions of taxpayer dollars to God knows where to be spent God knows how?
