If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
Not to worry. If this passes, there will be a lot less work for these union fat cats to grift off of. A lot less workers too. Watch the states surrounding Illinois continue to blow Illinois away in terms of jobs and economic growth.
If this passes, Illinois is effectively Detroit.
