Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said in a statement that he looks forward to seeing Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot welcome the migrants since Chicago is a sanctuary city. Chicago is the latest city where migrants have been bused to from Texas, following New York City and Washington, D.C., all of which have Democrat mayors.

Lori thinks its cruel to send the border crossers to Chicago, I have to agree with her on this. Shipping someone from law-abiding Texas into a kill zone like Chicago is very cruel.

Dropping off at Union Station isn’t enough. They should be dropped in front of the Mayor’s house and the Governor’s house (the one WITH the toilets) and departing passengers pointed to the address. Drop at Congressman Quigley, Shakowski, Bustos, and Casten’s houses. With same instructions; “Free handout here. Just ring the doorbell.” Seriously. This is war. Make it ugly for the virtue signaling politicians. Until they suffer the consequences of their actions they will never consider changing their political views.
Downtown Evanston would be perfect. All those lakefront mansions have lots of unused rooms. Also lots of empty space on the Northwestern campus for tent cities.
As an Evanston resident, I *totally* agree. Many of the big mansions have “Black Lives Matter” and “Support Ukraine” placards on their well – groomed lawns, so they can add ‘We Are A Sanctuary City” for even ***more*** virtue – signaling! Maybe I’ll contact Governor Abbot’s office about this… and thanks for the suggestion…!!! 😉

I do not care about these illegals who have no respect for American laws. They’re lawbreakers. Arrest them, then deport them.
Abbott has no legal authority to deport them. And if he somehow did, he would be violating their civil rights because only the federal government has the authority and legal power to limit immigration. So the next best thing is to get them out of Texas and into blue states.
They came here because of an administration that has no respect for American laws.

Abbot needs to ramp up this program big time. All the woke politicians that state their city is a sanctuary city need to start getting migrants bused in. Identify every one of them and see that they all get their share of migrants.
There were over 200,000 crossing the border in June alone and Chicago is gonna pat itself on the back for accepting 60 of them.

Why doesn’t the mayor charter a couple buses to the Texas border and pick them up? Chicago is so welcoming of illegal immigrants that it does nothing proactively to ensure they arrive in Chicago safely.
Mayor’s office said Gov. Abbott is “without any shame or humanity”. Being given a free ride to Chicago is a crime against humanity? Is Lightfoot’s office acknowledging that Chicago really is a hellhole?
Lori’s response is to call it a racist expulsion policy. Illegal immigrants voluntarily taking a free bus to Chicago, provided by the state of TX, is a racist expulsion policy. She really has no other tool in her toolbox. Everything is racist to her. Lori, if you or your ilk are reading this: you are pathetic. Resign now.
