-get free schooling for their children

-get free health care.

Just need to correct one of the words you used. “get free schooling for their children” should be “get free daycare for their children”
I lived in Evanston 1976-1980 and worked in the loop. Left in 1980 as soon as I could. Now live in Dallas. No way in hell would I go back to living in that hell hole cesspool called Illinois.

CPS has been hemorrhaging black and white students but gaining hispanic students, but not enough to replace the fleeing black and white students.
